Nobonita Roy is a co-founder of Grumpy Fish. She is Bangladesh’s very own purveyor of pop culture-driven identity statements. Currently, she is the head of marketing at Xiaomi Bangladesh.

Nobonita completed her BBA and MBA in management from University of Dhaka. And, she has over six years of experience in social media marketing, ATL, BTL, and copywriting. She has been with over fifty national and international brands since 2013.

Nobonita Roy specializes in bridging the gap between the brands and their consumers. She believes in the right balance of bulletproof marketing strategies and hard-hitting content.

Also, she has worked in various capacities as a copywriter and social media strategist. As the head of marketing of Xiaomi Bangladesh, she took her communications skills to a different level.

Her enriched portfolio includes WebAble Digital, INDOBDCCL, Themefisher, Incepta, CARE Bangladesh, and Cartoon People. She also takes care of all types of marketing activities of Grumny Fish, her own brainchild.

Nobonita Roy also worked for Headoffice Communication as a freelance writers. She, recently, has played an instrumental role in organizing Cartoon Show Dhaka. It is the first of its kind, a cartoon tutorial show. Cartoon People was the host of the event.

Nobonita translated two books Titimukhir Chaita and Nuliyachhair Shonar Pahar. The translations were from Bengali to English. The books are in line for publication from Kothaprokash.

Nobonita is in charge of all the digital marketing projects of Writers Point.
